A skin graft is one of the most transformative procedures in reconstructive medicine, offering hope and healing to individuals who have lost skin due to burns, trauma, infections, or surgical removal of diseased tissue. At its core, a skin graft involves transplanting healthy skin from one area of the body to another site where skin has been damaged beyond natural repair.
